How do I rebook with past pet owners?

You can easily rebook with a previous pet owner from either the Rover app or your computer. Here's how:

iPhone

  1. Tap Rebook at the bottom of the screen.
  2. Locate the pet owner you’d like to book with, and the service you’d like to book, and tap Rebook.
  3. Edit the details and service dates as needed.
  4. Add a message, then tap Send Request.
  5. Tap Book It.

Android

  1. Tap Rebook.
  2. Locate the pet owner you’d like to book with, and the service you’d like to book and tap Rebook.
  3. Edit the details and service dates as needed.
  4. Add a message, then tap the white arrow in the upper right corner of the screen.
  5. Tap Book It.

Computer

  1. Select the Inbox icon at the top of the page.
  2. Navigate to the Past bookings section of your inbox, then select View booked pet owners.
  3. Find the pet owner you'd like to rebook with, then click Make a new booking.
  4. Include a message to your pet owner, then select Send request.
