Booking a pet sitter through Rover will always be cashless and convenient. Your sitter sets their own rates and your credit card is debited when you book. That said, if you’d like to offer them a tip, you’re perfectly welcome to! Just know that it’s never expected or required. The feature to add tip is not yet available in Norway.

How to Leave a Review

1. Navigate to your Inbox by selecting the conversation icon in the upper right corner of your screen.

2. Select Past Bookings.

3. Select Review this booking.

4. Rate your sitter on a scale of one to five stars and then write your review. The first description box is the public review that will appear on your sitter’s profile. Next, you'll be asked for any additional or private feedback that you’d like to share with Rover, but not with your sitter.
